Looking to get into a Gelandewagen
Hello to all the wonderful members of this forum!
I have been lurking on here for a few weeks in an attempt to see if acquiring a used G-class is a sane purchase - and damn it if I want one now. You guys have a fantastic community on this forum and you guys are up to some mighty cool projects (looking at you kind sir who is rebuilding his g from the ground up).
I come to you guys to ask if any forum members know of any cars that are for sale in the Ontario/Quebec (+/-500km from Ottawa) region of Canada in the 2002-2005 range (G500 seems like the most reasonable purchase, preferably black in colour). Autotrader has a peculiarly low amount of vehicles for sale and the ads that are available don't strike me as particularly well taken care of trucks. I'm quite patient in terms of finding the right truck even though it is hella difficult to look at these pictures and not drool on my keyboard
