G500 Coupe Engine issues ??
Hi all,
I am desperate for some help with my G coupe please
It is a japanese spec 2002 model G500 ; currently driven around in Abu Dhabi
The issue I’m having is the engine dying while the wagen coasts to a stop. Usually happens when coming to a stop light, or parking, never at speed or on the gas. Once it dies, i turn the ignition off, put the gear in P, restart it and its running again. I
I’ve gone to numerous shops without any luck, nobody can even identify the issue!
The battery is good, alternator too. Its not overheating or giving any other signs of trouble.
Its been hooked up to the computer with no error codes !
Does anyone have any clue on what can be causing the engine to turn off?

I would suspect a vacuum leak would of some kind. Check all the vacuum pipes and brake booster line.
If you have access to diagnostics, check your long term fuel trims as well.

does anyone have an idea where to find this ?
will i be able to find an ECU for such an oldie ?
