Did you ever figure it out? I have the same brush guard but it didn't come with the bumper brackets. I thought I could use the old ones from my brush guard, pre-DRLs, but the brackets are too wide to lock it. I can't find the correct brackets anywhere.

Yes. 2013/2014 G550 Brush Guard will fit older G550, G500 and G55 Amg with bracket from the G550. The older Brush Guard has an enclosed bracket that the brush guard will bump up against, but as you see the updated bracket has no sides, so the brush guard will line up and fit perfectly once you swap the brackets out. You either have to get this bracket as a kit with your brush guard or try to hunt down the individual part or kit. Not sure what part number is.

Same question I have 2008 G55 I want to change the brush guard to 2013 because installed daytime running lights and it’s covered by older style brush guard.
