I was told that due to the 12.3" screen, my build was delayed. I'm curious how JUANJOSE89 got a June build, when I see that he also spec'd the 12.3" screen. JUANJOSE89, are you sure you have a June build?

Does anyone know if the VA4 Light Brown Zen wood trim Option is a new wood? If not, is there a picture of it somewhere? I google imaged it and didn't come up with anything.
I've made the mistake before (when I was about 20 years younger) of ordering a wood off a brochure and the wood looked pink. I hated that car.
Juan Jose - I thought you had June production July delivery. I think some G550 have already been delivered. Mine is delayed due to the Magno paint. Did they confirm to you your car is on schedule?

Quick question - you have prices in your order... are those estimated prices by the dealer or do they already have official prices?
If you are talking to me Primere, the dealer said they are not finalized, that they were estimates, but he did say "off the record" he thinks these will be accurate.

Isn’t the 12.3” screen a standard feature on both the G550 and G63? I have the Canadian ordering guide and both are listed as standard features. There really wasn’t much to choose from for options for the G63.

It looks like chrome in other shots. I picked this angle since the lack of a brush guard isn't obvious. It's going to be a September week 3 build, so I've got some waiting to do. I'm also trying not to second guess if I should have waited for the G63. My M6 lease is up in September, so the current timing will be bad enough.
I am looking forward to seeing some of the member's pics of the G's.

Most dealers are marking them up. They would likey laugh you out of the dealership for anything below MSRP. Magno paint and exclusive leather shortage is also causing mark up on the ones that make it through this year.
ALL our local dealers said at least the first 6 months of the 2019 G-Class will have at least a $15k "market adjustment" added to the MSRP!!!!

If this is really the case I suggest you are doing business with the wrong dealer. I've been doing business with my dealer for almost twenty years and they wouldn't think of adding a "market adjustment" to any vehicle. Especially to a good customer. Dealers who do market adjustments are not the type of business people you want to do business with. Just my observation based on my personal experience.

You are also NOT in Southern California! This has been the "norm" for a long time with high end, new models. Most other states, this crap does not happen. But, since we have lots and lots of people with lots and lots of money...it happens. It is not encouraged by MBUSA or BMW, Porsche, etc...., but it is not forbidden either.
If a dealer can get $5,10-15K over sticker and it is not forbidden...ANY dealer will do this!!

This is an option, but dealers can refuse to sell to someone out of area. In 2014 I found the perfect Land Rover in Palm Springs, CA (about 2.5-3 hours away from my house). Since I live in Los Angeles, they informed me they would not sell to an out of area buyer. Crazy, right?!
