ACC power source in engine bay

ACC power source in engine bay
Hi

I bought a pair pair of DRL turn indicator for my G63.
But there is a line from the light set saying must to connect to ACC source.
I tried to parallel to stock DRL under the headlight and it didn't work.
Where can i find a ACC power source in engine bay?
Since wiring to fuse box in side the car is a lot of work to do, and trying to avoid that.
