The 2019 G63 has an optional Parking Package (option code 996) that allows your iPhone to fully auto park the G ala Tesla style, no driver required in the driver's seat. I do not see option 996 in the G550 DOG. I assume this means I need to spring for the G63 to get this option?

I think it is standard on the G550. I know it has an auto-park function, but I need to verify the iPhone part.

I don’t see anything in the Mercedes Me Connect App that has to do with parking.

My order sheet lists EZ7 Parking package with rear view camera. Hope this helps.
