2017 G63 radiator replacement

2017 G63 radiator replacement
Considering purchasing a 2017 G63, however the Carfax stated their was a radiator replacement done at around 8k miles on the vehicle.
Is this a concern that it may of overheated and perhaps damaged other components? This vehicle still has warranty and mileage is still very low.
Should I walk away from this ?
