Electrical Problem G-class
Hello. My car is a rare G270 cdi 2002".
I've got the following problem: Car starts and in about 1 minute the Instrument Cluster goes dark, the COMAND the same. Window regulators not working, neither the el. mirror or seats.
When reading the fault codes it gets back to some CAN issue. "Can cannot communicate with EZS module" for example.
If its a fuse it should not work at all. Whats the reason to start for a while then to shut off? Also when this happens almost 70% of my modules are with "F" because of this CAN. When i clean them they get Okay, but after 3-4 switches on and off (ignition on and ignition off) they come back again with that CAN problem.
What could be the cause?

Check your grounding starting with main battery negative cable.
I had problems with 460 grounding and chased all the individuals but turned out the main battery cable was only grounded to the engine.
I made new cable from battery to body, frame and engine and my problems were solved.
No guarantee but an easy and cheap start.
