Any suggestions for polishing G 63 side pipe tips?

I use Meguiar's Motorcycle All Metal Polish that I purchased at Walmart. Works on chrome and polished aluminum. It comes in a small black hard plastic container. Great product.
My rationale for using it is that my motorcycles have a lot of chrome and polished aluminum parts, and this product should work equally well on our chrome tipped exhaust pipes. Wipe on with a fiber towel & wipe off...

I have used Turtle Wax chrome polish and it also works great. The Meguiar's is excellent too, as BenDiem said.
