Do the emergency blinkers flash like in this video or is this custom? Looks cool here:

From what I recall from my radiology physics days, it has to do with the film rate which I think is captured at 1/60 Hz for recording and our vision which interprets or best it can see is at1/30 Hz or vice versa. You will see this on a lot of you tube videos of headlights especially now that they are LEDs.
