I put a deposit down for a 550 in October, supposed to be built in February. Its now the second week in April and still hasn't been built, and dealer having no answers. Anyone else having the same experience or knowledge on whats going on?

I put money down in February and mine is being built right now according to my dealer. Your dealer might be taking your G and selling it to other buyers willing to pay more. There was a thread about F Jones selling G's for over MSRP and getting it but I think that was in CA but it makes you wonder.

Ask for your deposit back and see if that speeds things up. Dealers hate to lose a sale, any sale.

Let's get this cleared up a bit:

1. Have your dealer provide you the factory PO# for your G-Class - if they can't provide you a PO# then you don't have a G-Class

2. PM the PO# it to me and I will tell you exact status - give me a couple of days to check with Graf
