G63 hood ornament question...???
Has anyone replaced the stock G-class hood ornament with the traditional MB logo ornament shown in the photo? If so where did you find it?

These emblems are readily available at your MB dealer. I don't know whether they can be retrofitted to the G. I've never seen it done. Not sure I would like the look???? But to each his own.

I LOVE the 3 pointed Star hood ornament on Mercedes sedans, but please not the G or any other Mercedes SUV.

It is a shame they stopped putting it on every E and C sedan like they used to. The hood ornament set Mercedes apart from BMW and Audi sedans. The 3 pointed hood ornament was aspirational!!
