Help! - What is this sound? (19' G63)

I need help! There is this sound that I have only been able to re-create a few times, but it happens at random often (Video attached). I plan on taking it in soon, but I know if I can not re-create it on site, it will be tough for them to find it.

Anyone out there have any ideas, or have this with theirs? It happens occasionally when I hit bumps/holes, but big bumps it is fine. I just cannot consistently recreate it!

Is that you putting pressure on it, rocking it, to make the noise? Sounds like a hammer. Lose strut?

Since you got the video, id try to put the front wheels up on a curb and try it, then rear wheels - can it reproduce with pressure on front or back (suspension related?)
What about moving the wheels far left or right?
It'd try to hop under with a flashlight and have a buddy apply pressure and see what's up....

Ya it is unfortunate

I did have a buddy rock it for me and I just couldn't find the source, and now of course I can't recreate.

Yes - That was me putting a good amount of force on it to rock it.

Thanks for the tip! - I will deff try the wheels on curb

I was thinking maybe it had something to do with all the differential settings. Like in normal driving mode there are components not used that are knocking.... Probably not...

Nick, I’d highly recommend talking to the MB dealership workshop and recreate the issue. I would’ve done it before going any further to troubleshoot myself. Remember it’s a brand new vehicle and still under factory warranty

Thought I would provide an update after taking it in:

Sound = Loose sway bars. This seemed to be a known problem on the new Gs. I would have yours checked.

High Cabin pressure with A/C on high = Known issue. Mercedes has released a protocol on how to help the problem, but does not have a fix yet. They drill some holes in the window area somewhere.
