How to determine the correct rear rotors for a G

With my G on the lift recently, I took the opportunity to eyeball the brake pads and while the front looked fine, the rears are getting close to limits. Since replacing rotors and pads is an easy job, I visited RockAuto and learned there are two different rear rotors available. They differ by about 0.300" and short of measuring which ones I have, I was seeking an easier solution to determining the ones called for before placing my parts order. Here's what's available from them online;

CENTRIC 90935527 - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...34099&jsn=3995
CENTRIC 90635151 - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...34099&jsn=3999

. . . and selecting more info for each, this is what I have learned about their respective dimensions. Thing is, their drawings aren't dimensioned and while OD is trivial to discern, other dimensions are less obvious.

. . . but the clue lies in the description with the rear axle numbers. The change over for the former being to R119848 and the later being numbers after R119849. So because the rear axle has a tag with numbers, I could easily determine which rear rotors I needed for my G - no measuring required. Hope this helps you.

And by the way, these rotors are used on other vehicles, so if you go to Advance Auto Parts, for example, and mention a G500 they will respond they are special order from WorldPak (presuming you want to buy local instead of waiting on mail order). However, these same rotors are also used on Dodge and Freigthliner Sprinters (both 2500 and 3500) from 2002-2006 and as it turns out, a) these they do have in the local warehouse if they don't have stock and b) guess what? Better price! Even on RockAuto so consider this a word to the wise.
