Baby seats and winter wheels installed. Truck feels great on these 20"s. I will be on my way to Vermont today so I will have a better feel how they perform.

G looks great and safe travels! Btw, how did you get the night package with the obsidian? Every time I select that combo on the website, it doesn't allow the night package on the glass black exterior

Where did you get the 20” wheels from? Are they 2019/2020 G63 or earlier versions? Thanks and congratulations!

The wheels are off a 2019 G63. They were the 20" option. The owner put them on ebay and I scooped up for $2k. BTW I am abusing the G on these wheels in the mud snow and ice up here in Vermont and it is performing a perfect 10 out of 10. The tires are excellent! I always ran blizzaks but read these are better - they are indeed. They ride feels great (and not squishy in turns).

Awesome! I ordered these off eBay. Same ones I had on my 2018 G63. Putting them on my 2019 G63 with Nokians. Gave up on anything in 22 for winter.

From my eBay order.

Same wheels on my prior 2018 G63.

wow! It looks amazing. I know you worried about taking it on road trips and after I have for few times, I actually love it.

Johnny Congratulations on new g63!! Benz looks great next to Vermont ski House. Have you looked into ski carrier/bike racks??
Great find on new rims, I also need a winter set but probably hard to find a OEM set like yours...

Happy New Year

Jack - keep an eye out on ebay for them. Alot of G-owners will be selling them as many Gs come in to dealers with them. And then they go to 22's.
I have a bike rack, a Thule that works for Jeeps and G's that folds down if you take a pin out so you can still open the rear door.

I hit 1000 miles. My MPG is 12.9. I was at 15 when I did a 500 mile drive to / from vermont. But my other 500 miles in the city have brought me down to 12.9.

I can live with 12, do wish the tank was 35gallons...

I had a few small things done to the G that I mentioned I would share.
1. BRAY windshield Protective PLUS 2 layer system. Link
2. Tinted all rear lights (slight darkening)
3. blacked out the red side markers and tinted the orange ones (for safety)
4. ceramic coated it (it looks so brilliant with the coating, darker, smoother, liquid like. I wanted to satin the car but it looks so brilliant like this.

All services were done by another forums members recommended shop to which I can now recommend: Always Clean Cars in New Jersey. https://www.alwayscleancars.com/

Very reasonable pricing. Under 1k for the bray. (Everything I did was under $2500 for perspective. Bray was probably $800)

Very. They also had a ferrari, a new supra #951 of 1500, a bunch of teslas in the shop. They know what they are doing it seems. Clean and very well run shop and the owner kept me constantly updated over text which I liked. He is as excited as i was about it all which i liked.

Where are you located? I had to call around to some shops to find one. Clearplex is another decent option.

If these windshields were in stock and readily available I probably would have skipped the Bray, but since it seems there is a wait time, I did not want to risk it. The bray will take some extra care, for example, instead of just spraying my wipers ot clean the windshield, i will probably clean it with windex at home to preserve the clarity and life span of each sheet.

With my drives to Vermont I bet I will test Bray out hard this winter :-)

Nicely done! My Bray two layers have already save me couple of times, heard big rocks hitting the windshield, only some damages on the film itself. Knock on wood. The only downside for the bray is you don't wanna over use your wiper( don't set in auto). It feels too much friction between film and wiper blade, if it's dry.

Can I ask you how easily it is to get a kid into rear facing seats? As you said the seats are a bit behind the door frame. My wife is 5’3” and it’s already gonna be hard to lift my son up into it. Getting everything clicked in too looks awkward. Congrats the G looks sick! #kidproblems
