NEED HELP buying 2013 g63
I am looking to purchase a 2013 g63 with 75000 km (46k miles). It is one owner with full MB service history listed for sale at a land rover dealership in Alberta Canada.
Heard these cars are very reliable so not planning to purchase the warranty.
Anything to look out for?
I will likely buy the car sight unseen after a Mercedes PPI.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

I would be fine buying it once it passes PPI as long as it's not rusty. Obviously you'd have to budget for anything that may need to be addressed based on the PPI - it is a 7 yr old car after all so certain drivetrain components are probably due for service (axles, axle seals, steering damper).
There's a thread here on rust issues w/ the pre 2019 G...

looks like there isn't a way to prevent rust aside from not driving it at all as soon as the roads get salted until the summer when all the salt is gone from the roads. This was my experience with my mint W124 when I lived in the northeast. The slightest amount of salty humid air exposure seemed to get stuck in certain sensitive areas (wheel wells, door bottoms, etc.) and the panels continued rusting. I never drove it in the snow, was always garaged and washed all the time, but I did drive it when the roads cleared but still had salt residues.
If/when I move back the G is either getting sold or be a totally May-October car only - but that's because the slightest rust drives me insane. As long as you will be OK with it, I think washing the car thoroughly and cleaning out the problem areas after salt exposure + humidity controlled garage would minimize it
Good luck!
