Is there any special dealer offering a good deal on the factory extended warranty and service contracts that anyone knows about?
I am not sure if Fidelity will write G Wagon warranties but contact Michael Jourdan at Mossy Motors ( mjourdan@mossymotors.com ). He does a lot of them for Porsche owners and the dealers like dealing with them for repairs.

Easiest is to buy it from the dealer that is selling you the car. Dealers get the warranty at "invoice" pricing just like their cars, and then can sell them at whatever margin they think they can get.
Oftentimes if you are buying a car, they are willing to give the warranty at or near cost. Obviously if you are just buying the warranty on it's own, it won't make sense to sell it unless there's some profit.

In this forum most often mentioned for Mercedes Warranties - either Extended New Car Warranty or Extended Mercedes Certified - is Jeff Jackson at Mercedes Louisville (502) 894-6829
