Wind Noise
Anyone know of a sealer of any type to eliminate wind noise at hwy speed. We love the G500, but also love road trips to the coast to give the G a workout on the beach, mountains etc...
Thanks
Thanks

FWIW, the W463 is an order of magnitude quieter than the W460's. My knowledge comes from having owned and driven a G continuously since 1984.

Did you notice the car is square? Seriously, short of buying earplugs you will hear wind noises. Ask to drive someone else's for comparison. If it turns out your G is a lot noiser check the door seals and door alignment at the seams.

I had problems with wind noise and some water coming in through the front doors when power washing my G55. I told my dealer and they found that there is an additional rubber seal available from Mercedes which takes care of any alignment problems with the front doors. No more whistling wind noise and no water inside when I wash my car. Remember, the car is hand built so sometimes things don't fit together perfectly.

Would you happen to have the part number for that seal? TIA!
