Tectite Gray G63
Ok you G63 experts, what do y'all think about Tectite gray on the G? Too dark? I'm deciding between Tectite Gray vs Designo Graphite and worried that Tectite may be too dark as some pictures seem too appear closer to a lighter black than gray. Opinions?

I don’t see that color anywhere, sorry.
Color is extremely subjective. Everyone sees the same shade differently. Try to find the car in this car so you can see it with your own eyes.

This colour was available on the previous G class but it’s not on this one (at least in the uk). There are some YouTube videos showing this colour apparently but I’ve not watched them.
Two other options here are:
magnetite black (is a dark grey- not very black Imo)
selenite grey (grey)

I have Selenite grey Magno in my AMG GTC - it’s a great color. I’ve seen it on the 2019 G-Class too, both in metallic and matte, and it’s beautiful... (FWIW!).

My last G was Tectite Gray and I loved the color! If it's available for the new G, I would seriously consider it. If you go too light on color, I think the G starts to lose some of its edge and look more generic.

Make sure it has the 360 camera. That’s not standard on the G550 in many markets, and is not available on any model if you opt for the chrome grill bar. Big mistake not to get the 360 camera! It makes a HUGE difference when parking or off-road.

in my opinion if you’re already thinking it’s too dark versus designo graphite, I’d go with designo graphite. I also didn’t know about this color and had to google it. It looks really good! Quite similar to steel grey/tenorite but less blue
