New Spare Tire Lock, how does it mount?

Bought a new spare tire lock from fourbyfourclub (http://fourbyfourclub.com/W463BodyPa...eCoverLock.htm) but I cant see how its suppose to interface with the locking latch.

My truck is a 2005 model. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated

The rotating metal tongue is supposed to latch onto the long screw. So make sure you adjust the installation to have the tongue rotating in the direction of the screw when locking

I was instructed by Vladimir to send back this lock as it does not work with my older latch. I need to install the new style latch assembly to get this job done.
