19+ G63 windshield wiper dragging

Hi guys. So I just drove the g in the rain for the first time (raining pretty hard) and the driver side wiper was dragging with every swipe. Imagine turning the wipers in when it’s dry out and there is some stickiness in the windshield and one of the super drags across the windshield (super annoying!) and shouldn’t be happening while raining or ever at all! Anyone else experience this and know why? Thank You

It has to be the rubber on the blade, unless there is some crap on the windshield but it is new so probably not. I would use some rubbing alcohol on the blade to clean it and then some spray silicon, and clean the windshield well just to be sure. Finally, replace the blade or swap it to the other side first (if same size) to see if it does it on that side as well. Good luck and follow up with how it works out!

Most likely is the rubber on the blade.
