Yeah, I was trying to second guess that, also. My guess was that they'll hold the rate the same or even raise it (gotta pay for the discounts on those other models) but they'll drop the residual. Double whammy.

They will all quietly try and mark it up when you're not looking. That said, even my dealer misquoted the rate first time I asked, at the A1 tier. IIRC A1+ is a 790 or higher, but be clear you're looking for "Buy-rate finance". The folks on the Edmunds forums always seem to be pretty helpful.

They will all quietly try and mark it up when you're not looking. That said, even my dealer misquoted the rate first time I asked, at the A1 tier. IIRC A1+ is a 790 or higher, but be clear you're looking for "Buy-rate finance". The folks on the Edmunds forums always seem to be pretty helpful.
