Dumb question.... Did they forget to install?

Hey guys,

Just took delivery of a 2020 G63 in Western Canada. I was sent the MBNA equipment spreadsheet. Showed all standard equipment. I optioned the comfort package, but not the exclusive interior package. There were several steering wheel option, I opted for the standard full leather multifunction wheel with the addition of the AMG multi function buttons (incorrect name). It says this come standard with heated wheel function. However, the button on the telescopic wheel control is fixed. Ie. not able to rotate to turn on... Am I missing something here?

Says heated wheel is a standard feature for this market????

The order guides in Canada were very screwed up for the steering wheels. They basically say all heated which is not the case at all. Can you post a picture of your wheel?

If you have the AMG buttons, you cannot have the heated wheel - and depending on what "options" you've got, if you added the AMG buttons you would have automatically deleted the heated wheel.

The NA market has the AMG buttons as standard, and if we add heated wheel it deletes the buttons - maybe Canada is the inverse.

I did option $600 AMG buttons which apparently deleted the heated function. Not sure why they would do that either or function...

I had originally optioned one of wheels and my dealer confirmed it was heated as the order guide said.
Then he called me back the following day saying he confirmed with Germany that this was not
the case and the option did in fact delete the heat. I switched back to the heated wheel as it was
one of the most important features to me. My wife has it in her GLE and love the feature when
I drive her SUV.
