Renntech Handheld tuner VIN#?
Hey guys, I have a Renntech HHT from another G550 owner. The device is 'supposedly' registered to a specific
VIN#. Does anyone know if that's actually the case or whether it can be used regardless of VIN#?

In my experience, once used handhelds are non-transferable and are VIN locked to the first vehicle it's used on. Unless you can find someone in the know who can "reset" it...

Hope all is well. That hand held would have to stay with your friends truck. They are vin locked, non-transferrable. We do not reset any hand helds.
