Dynamic Select and "Eco"

I really liked the Dynamic Select options (Slippery, Comfort, Sport, Sport+) on my prior AMG vehicle because each one was notably distinct. For example, the acceleration and the deceleration for the Slippery mode felt gradual and muted, and the Sport+ mode was jumpy fast and loud.

But now I have a G550 and the Dynamic Select options are Sport, Comfort, and Eco. I can easily tell the difference between Sport and Comfort, and I choose those depending on how aggressive I'm driving or if I have passengers.

But to me Eco mode feels only slightly different from Comfort mode and I can't put my finger on exactly what that difference is, or if it is just my imagination. I use Eco mode when I'm driving relaxed through a lot of stoplights and stop sign type of route. The manual just says Eco is for "particularly economical driving style". Both Eco and Comfort activate the engine's ECO start/stop function so that's not the difference.

So my question is to you is, what have you noticed about Eco mode? I assume it should be something like muting your acceleration and max speed to reduce gas consumption, but I'm not sure I can really feel it. In other words, what are you "losing" from Comfort mode by switching to Eco mode, what makes it less "comfortable" that there would have to be 2 separate modes? Part of the reason I ask is because sometimes I carry passengers who are prone to motion sickness, especially harsh acceleration and deceleration driving. Thanks.

So ECO mode is the same as Comfort mode, but besides the powertrain and the steering - it also controls other stuff like for example the Climate Control. So your AC for example will not blow in full force... thus saving some more gas. But you wouldn't cool down yourself as quickly as normally... so I would use ECO only if I'm extremely low on gas. Otherwise I use Comfort. Here is the video about the different Dynamic Select modes, tested and demonstrated in real life:

C250d 4 matic (S205)
Does anyone knows in details what does it change on a W205 4 matic car by selecting Sport+?

I know the basic, I would like to know if torque distribution changes between front and rear, and how traction control and ESP are changing.

I feel a relevant reduction of understeer on Sport+ compared to Confort and Soprt but I am strugling to understand why.

W205 avantgard, no AMG, confort suspensions (no air and no electronic).
