W460 help

Hello
I will soon buy a 300GD for 3000€ and I plan on transforming it to a W463. Only problem I have is for the rear view mirrors. I have seen that it is needed to drill the 4 holes in the W460 door to mount W463 ones like these : www.ebay.fr/itm/362469471405
But as the original ones need to be adjusted manually, I don't see how I am supposed to adjust these ones with wires. Anyone know how to do?
Thanks

That's a great deal, can I ask why you want it to look like the 463? The 460 is a great looking truck.

Actually I'm thinking about just restoring it. I think the W463 looks better but it's way out of my price range, but I might sell this one after I fully restored it, as the added value is just crazy, and use the money to buy a W463.

Well it just got sold... I'm tired of all this, I'll just pony up double the amount (6000€ lol) and fly to Russia and get a W463. Anyone know how to replace the rear shift lever (differential I think) with the buttons?
