The surrounds on my vents are cracked. I've tried super glueing them, but that didn't last long at all. Has anyone had any success in repairing these? Maybe build up the backs with the JB Weld?

I refinished my center vent first as it is the easiest to get out. I took it all apart, sanded the whole thing down, super glued it, sanded the whole thing down again, and repainted it. One small crack I had near the windshield re-cracked when putting it back in place. I think the only real way would be to dremel out the inside and super glue/epoxy a metal rod to reinforce the cracked areas. I will probably do this when I have time to take out the side vents (major pain).

Alternatively, you could just buy new vent pieces. The sides vent grills are ~$100 each and the center vent grill is ~$200.
