2010 G550 New Sam Module
Hi All -
Just heard back from the Benz dealership today. For a weeks now since I bought my 550 my brake lights, turn signals, etc. were all acting up. Took it to the dealership to get a diagnostic. They initially brought up that both my tail light assemblies needed to be adjusted, so did both my rear side markers. Both have now been adjusted and they just flagged that it looks like something is up with my SAM module.
Has any one ever encountered this with their G? They're quoting me an additional $2K to fix this. Is that normal? Not sure if there's another solution to my issue tbh.

Rear SAM failure is not that uncommon on a G. A good Indy with s Star system can help you find a used SAM, code it, and save you from having to use Vaseline at the dealer.
