Hubcentric Wheel Adapters - 5x130 to 5x150, any recs?

I am looking for a custom shop to be able to build me a set of custom wheel adapters to go from our 5x130 84.1mm bore, to 5x150 114mm bore. Going from 5x130 to 5x150 is a little "tricky", as the spacers will need to be drilled into the hubcentric part where the wheels will sit.
It's been done by a shop @nizolow in Japan on his w463 G63 to fit 22in TE37s (3rd pic below). I'm sure there is a reputable shop here in the US that can build this for me to spec.
My TE37s are currently installed via hubcentric adapters, but they are missing the notch to where the wheels sit. I'm looking to get a better set of adapters to eliminate steering wheel vibrations.

Why not get them from the shop in Japan? If they have already done it I think that would be the best option - I get stuff from all over the world all the time!
