Those forum members who have traveled through Colorado's San Juan mountain passes (Imogene, Black Bear, Engineer, etc.) might appreciate this photo from last weekend's Durango Herald. Apparently, this guy had his navigation system optioned for "shortest route" and the sign right off the highway ("High-clearance / 4-wheel drive vehicles only") didn't deter him (BTW, do 4 tires mounted on a single axle qualify as 4WD?). I guess BLM needs to add a wheelbase limit to the sign.
