Hello Guys. Finally after a long wait ... Last week i have been contacted from my dealership saying that my car has just arrived and payment has to be completed to proceed with the PDI. Next day i went to check on the car it seems all good and i went to complete the payment to get it done with the PDI before receiving the vehicle. While the car is in the PDI for preparation and software update i have been informed from my sales guy saying the garage inform him regarding the software issue and finally after checking out the car by the head of the garage. He have notice the issue was from the "MISSING CAMERA BUTTON" that cause the software issue. any how the car trim where the camera logo button should be visible is missing!! totally unusual tho ... the have guaranteed me to order new camera button to install it in the trim. the good news here that the camera is there but i am missing the button on the trim only. I will be receiving the car very soon ... Looking forward for your feedback/thoughts

below is picture attachment. See the second button which suppose to be “camera” logo on it is missing. They have to order new set to be replaced with the existing one. Order time one month and need less than one day to fix at the dealership.
I’m sure this isn’t your first rodeo but PLEASE get all thier promises about the camera in satisfactory working condition on paper! In the meantime, where’s the pics!!!

Which trim? There should NOT be a camera button to the left of the steering wheel where the Lane Keeping Assist button is. There should only be a camera logo button on the black trim in the center console area with the "P" logo.

the question is shall i receive the car or just keep it there until they fix it. It seems its unusual thing but on the other hand happy things are sorted out.
