2016 G550 OEM Front Brake Pads

Does anyone know the exact part number for the front brakes?

When I search online....I see two different front brake pads...as if there were 2 options for brakes on the car.

Your help is very much appreciated.

It has multiple different pads. How do I know the exact ones for my front brakes?

Correct front brake pads for 2016 g550

Dealer says both these pads will work:

008-420-61-20 - $249

What is the difference?

Your help is appreciated.

Dealers were not able to give me an answer.

Certainly reason enough not to entrust the dealer with your car. Pelican Parts carries both p/n's - call them and ask.
