Has anyone installed the 2013 facelift on a 2002-2007?

oh yeah forgot and here I am about to do them tomorrow on my 2011 if I have time 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I got after market and know I can’t wire in to fold or use blind spot assist. Well guess I could wire to close and find a random way to make them fold. This however is not in my plans to solve. I can surely take some pics but it’s easy to remove the door panel. After that it’s 3 bolts. Pass the wires thru and be done.
