After what seems to be a good result from two cans of seafoam in my fuel tank (I've seen an increase of 1MPG around town and 2.5 on the highway), I'd like to try spraying a can into the intake. I need to spray downstream of the mass airflow sensor. After removing the sensor I should be able to safely spray into the intake, yes?

 

Update- did you try it? Any issues with the seafoam in the gas tank? Has your mileage stayed consistently better?
