Removing Bull Bar with G63 Front Bumper
Hi Guys,
I have just bought a 2007 G55 AMG which has the OEM front G63 AMG Front bumper and bull bar. I would like to remove the bull bar, however I cannot see how you do this.
Looking online it says I need a tool, however I cannot see how you use this tool as there is no space at all on my version to get the tool into place.
Anyone have any ideas? or a guide

G63, G65
G55 requires a special tool that is essentially a handle with a round head on it that has "teeth" that unlock the fold-down grille guard. If you have replaced the front bumper and grille guard with a G63 version then I think the bolts are accessible from the underside of the front bumper. It's been awhile since I've taken one off, but I think a socket wrench on an extension should let you get up there to loosen the bolts. Only one per side if I recall correctly.
