I was the owner of a 2002 G500 a few years ago and sold it due to a move oversea. Ever since I landed back in the Stateside, I've been casually browsing to hoping to opportunistically pick up another rig. A few weeks ago a 2011 G55 with 43k on the odometer came across my radar and it was a local vehicle. Got a PPI done and pulled the trigger the same day. The vehicle simply ticks off a lot of items on my wish list, which really is mileage on the lower side and it does not have the interior walnut (or maple?) trim. The non-black seats help too and the exterior color is very dirt and rain friendly for the Pacific Northwest.
The previous owner was selling because of a move to the UK and had prior plans to overland this rig. Adding to the wish list is the vehicle came with a 2in lift with King 2.5 suspension and Fox steering dampener added earlier this year. With the recent supply and back order issues, this upgrade saved me a lot of time and money.
Looks like a great find! The only thing I would do personally is once the tires wear out, put on some bigger All-Terrain rubber with some 30mm wheel spacers. I think you'll like the look even more....
