Exhaust issue
Hello,
I have a G500 and it just failed inspection due to excessive noise and for not having an original exhaust. I am an expat living in the UAE. In order to get it to pass inspection, I was hoping to get some sort of temporary exhaust dampener. All that I have found are these:
I wonder if anyone has any insights on how I can resolve this issue. Parts for older trucks are hard to come by in the UAE, so an original exhaust is out of the question. I would welcome any ideas that anyone might have. I think if the noise issue is taken care of, the lack of original exhaust could be overlooked.

Is the inspection failure due to loud noise or a modified exhaust? Simply putting noise suppression on it only adds more to the modification, and if tampering with the OE is the issue, then you need to restore it to OE.
