I saw a post earlier about where or how to mount your radar detector on the windshield of the G Wagon since it's at such a steep angle. This is how I have my Valentine attached and it's been fine for the past several months. Hasn't fallen off and still seems to work fine from such a low spot on the windshield. The suction cup mount is towards the very end. I thought about getting an aftermarket rear view mirror mount, but this seems to work ok and nobody can see the lights from behind the car.
