2015 G350 Rim and Tyre size

Good Day All!

I would love to explore some options for my G350 in terms of RIMS size and Tyre Size. Some fundamentals:My requirement is as follows:

1. I want to drive a lot softer day to day.

2. I do want to maintain the rugged look with BF Tyres.

3. When I go offroad I want to know that my car rims will be ok.

4. I do not drive excessive speeds and would seldom go to 130km/h in the highway. Max speed I drive really is 110 to 120km/h.

5. The total diameter of my rims and Tyre currently look perfect to me from an aesthetics point if view and I would not want it to look smaller or bigger. I am not sure if a 285/65R18 will be just just to big for the Wheel area when turning the car.

The previous owner had only changed to these attached rims and did NOT change the spare-hweel which is a A4634012502 w463 18'' in Black.
Should I consider 16'' or 18''? My current Configuration looks as per the attached picture.

Would love opinions on this on your own experiences total diameter. I have been using the Tacoma Calculator to give me an idea.

Here is the overall look of my G350 at the moment, indicating the GOOD look of the total Wheel size.

285/65 R18 is about as big as you can go at stock ride height

Thanks so much. So you would say 285/65R18 will not cause scraping when driving?

Also do you believe my general drive will be softer?

if you switch to the same tire, BFG KO2, at the same tire pressure in 285/65R18 (32.6"), you probably won't feel much difference with the ride comfort.

I went with a slightly shorter 285/60R18 with the BFG KO2 (31.5") on OE G63 springs and feel it is a good compromise without going to a 33" There are, however, several different sizes in the range to suit whatever your needs are.
