Does anyone know where to buy a new spare tire ring that isn't $1,000+ ? Someone dented my matte black ring with a shopping cart and I want to replace it, maybe even with carbon fiber. Everything on eBay is already pre-dented or comes from China.

You could try Boomerang (boomco.com). They sell steel ring and pvc faces, but you might be able to buy just a ring. If you need a custom color you could order it unpainted and have a local shop powder coat it.

 

I have an older (2005) stainless ring (pretty sure there are no dents, but I'll check to make sure if you're interested) with locking mechanism and 2 keys. They should all be the same. You'll have to find somewhere to paint/powder coat it matte black to match. I'm 2ish towns south of you if you want to take a look/try and make sure it fits. I'll let it go for pretty cheap since it needs refinishing.

 

Why not try painless dent removal?
