AliExpress head units - they're probably fine and will work out of the box, but they may only last a year or 2 before you have to replace it. Cheap hardware and no promise of OTA updates isn't a good combination.
Do some research on how it will work with your amp as the COMMAND system doesn't always play nicely.
The amp is the weak point of the sound system, so if you're looking to upgrade, that is the best place to start. The speakers are pretty good overall when powered correctly with a good amp. There are OE bluetooth modules you can get for your year COMMAND unit that are pretty cheap. Check out Becker Auto Sound. Search in my thread if you want more information than you could wish for about everything audio system related.
You'll lose the ability to change the clock in your cluster unless the dealer can program that out
Rear view Mirror Screen with Front/Rear Dashcam - best addition by far since it adds a F/R dashcam, and also lets you actually see out the back (I have the rear camera on the inside of the back window). You can keep the high mounted reverse camera for the better reversing angle. Amazon US has these for ~$100 so should be the same in the UK.
Hope you were able to fix your glovebox without shelling out for a new one. If you're still looking into that, lmk and we can figure something out.
Nice video and review mate. As I commented, I can't imagine your petrol costs in the UK - at 3 to 4 times the price we mostly pay in the US.
