Screeching/chirping on deceleration

Screeching/chirping on deceleration

Only happens on deceleration while engine braking. If I give little gas, it disappears.
whats wrong with my g? Thank you! 2009 g55 amg

Might be timing belt. They make chirping sound on cold start. How many miles on the car and have they been changed?
