The leaking one will most likely be a torn CV boot. Looks like both swivel ***** have been dry for a while, so most likely they have not been filled for a while now.
Torn CV boot is a pretty 'big' job as it involves removing the axle and really requires a specialty shop to do it right.
Post over on ClubGWagen for more opinions but running black grease usually means torn CV boot.
