Brabus electric running boards not retracting anymore
Hello!
I have the Brabus electric running boards (full length) on my 2017 G550 4x4 Squared. They worked really well until recently when over the course of a few weeks they started retracting themselves less and less. Now they are just permanently in the fully extended position. I have cleaned out the hinges and replaced the main and aux batteries but it didn't help.
Would anyone have an idea what may be the cause of this problem and how to address it?

Might be the running board module that is going out on the car.
Who did the install? Have them check into that.
