2003 G55-wagon AMG
Code P0455 Check engine/fuel cap open
I have done the following:
Change the fuel cap and nothing.
Installed a new Charcoal canister and nothing
Installed purge valve and nothing
It passed the smoke test and the codes come back after a few miles. I checked the fuel neck and no smell or leaks.
Any advice would be helpful.

The same problem happens with my G550. I've found that waiting for the problem to go away is typically the best solution

Any chance you mind sharing your setup for wheels? And did you need a lift?

Running into similar issue, just did a few of the same… would yours intermittently go on/off?
