Just noticed a strange noise coming from the front axle / steering when the car is static - moving the steering wheel slightly in either direction, very noticeable in the video linked below - the wheels remain straight, so minimal angle. Came out of nowhere, car serviced every year as per schedule. Drives normally, too - not feeling any change to steering input required.

At the same time, I noticed what looks like oil dripping and hitting the exhaust manifold and then down on the frame. This is the passenger side - the vehicle is RHD.
Could not see from the engine bay where oil could be coming from. Will get a camera and try to have a look later today when the car is cold.
Would very much appreciate your guidance as to what could cause these two issues before I have to go to the dealer.
