I just had my pod lights wired up - the switch is located in the blank switch located to the left of the steering wheel. This blank plate is reserved for a knob used to adjust the height of the headlamps in countries where that’s required. I’m posting a picture of that switch below
Is there any way I can replace the toggle switch presently used with that rotary knob instead? Or is there a way I can use an OEM Mercedes switch so at least it looks closer to stock?
if you're looking for a single switch you can get those OEM and use an unfilled slot. I'm using a S-Tech pad and realy box under the hood and plan to relo it into the ashtray from it current spot in that silly cubby in the center console just below the HVAC

How much more complicated is it to wire it to a blank switch? Where can I buy a switch and is there any way to have a custom headlight design etched on (so it looks like an OEM switch)?
