Can you remove the white pin striping on the G550 5-spoke wheels?

2016 G550. Bone stock.
Can you remove the white pin striping on the G550 5-spoke wheels?
Does anyone know if the white pinstripes on these standard five spoke G550/G63 wheels can be removed with a rubber disc so that the wheels are just black?

If they are vinyl stipes... yes... If painted... No.
