2013 G550 multicontour seat

So we had this car for past 10 years and had no issue... until now
Our multi-contour seat just doesn't respond. I can hear the pump running but no air is coming to the seat.
No response on moving the controls on both seats.
It is affecting both seats, no inflation is observed.
I am wondering if air hose is disconnected at the original source.
Any guidance on where to start looking and how to access the pump would be greatly appreciated.

im about to take apart my drivers seat, as i have problems with intermittent working. I suspect an electrical connector loose or a damaged wire. As i tear into my (2013 G550) i'll share what i see with regards to the pump/lines if i can illuminate things..

I'm guessing the multi-contour seats in the interior-refresh later G's are basically the same as the older interior models.

You need to take a look at all the lines running from the pump (located on the passenger side of the battery) to the switch controls (next to the seats), then all the way into the seats. Any/all of the lines, as well as the seals on the control panel are prone to drying out/cracking which will cause leaks.

There are Youtube videos of other owners working through their multi-contour seat issues.

In my case, I had a small leak at the switches that I solved by resealing the O-rings with some silicone grease. Then my major leak was the inflatable bladders themselves. Mine from 2005 were completely degraded/cracked/crumbling, so I replaced them with air wedges that you can find on Amazon for an inexpensive price. My 2005 bladders are NLA from MB so I didn't have any other choice.

I wrote up about my issues and fix solution in my thread:

so....
I took the battery out to chase the hose. The control unit for the air pressure is located just next to the battery compartment. This control appears to be located after the air pump and before the hose goes to the chair.
The out put aspect of the air hose attachment from the control unit was broken so the air was leaking at this point, ended up not able to inflate the bags in the chair and pump control unit pressure sensor was not registering any pressure buildup. This trigger the pump to run for extended period of time and as built in safety measure, pump is designed to shut off after about 30 sec to 1min after it turns on.
I fixed the issue by finding some high pressure hose and "MacGyver"ing it. Now everything is working.
Thanks for your suport.
