Sound coming from top of engine towards back G63 2014
Hello, I’m getting this sound on my car, it’s intermittent and comes and goes randomly. No engine lights, car runs and drives as usual. 2014 G63 106k miles video attached link

update: replaced one of the fuel pumps, as the fuel line coming out of it was vibrating in sync with noise. No improvements, sound still persistent.
any suggestions would help
